Travel Industry Translation Experience
Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines
Through a Miami office opened specifically to handle the Royal Caribbean account, TransPerfect maintains an ongoing partnership with the cruise line to enhance its brand identity worldwide. For one project, we assessed every aspect of the Royal Caribbean experience, obtaining before and after measures of customer satisfaction—in nine languages. Our technology, language, and cultural research teams worked closely with Royal Caribbean to develop and implement new strategies, such as producing print material, designing cultural sensitivity training for staff, and creating activities and services to better meet the needs of international guests.
